One of my obsessions is to become a better out of saddle rider. Last year when this quest started, I took note at what time a STAND section started and ended. I put this data on my iPad stand so that I could prepare myself for all of these sections and get mentally ready for the long ones, like in Power Station.
It appears that recently one of the STAND sections in Power Station was reduced from 60 sec to 10 sec (unless my notes are wrong). And last year there was chatter about Defender being tweaked. I’m kind of a stats junkie, looking at my max heart rates and recovery rates and such to see if I am getting in better shape, and it would be awesome to know when a workout is tweaked. A forum thread dedicated to such changes would be awesome.
