Hi Everyone! I am new to Sufferfest and stoked. I would like to do the training plans but I work on the wkends so want the entire plan based around the longer rides on Tues- Wed instead of the wkends. How do you change this for the entire training plan so that the days line up correctly?
2nd question: for the 200mi gravel grinder…what type of elevation gain is that preparing for? Training for self-supported ultras.
