Training for a stage race…

I have never done a stage race and don’t know how to train for it.

It won’t be until August, and it is supposed to be a 4 day, 60-70 mile per day with solid elevation gravel race.

I will be following general training plans, with strength, this winter and spring, but I don’t know how to finish it off with the last 12 weeks.

My biggest concern is the multiple days of hard riding back to back. How do I work that into the the plan to prepare for it and how do I strategize the race?
