I LOVE Fight Club.
I was so focused on the long first stage followed by nine hammers, that I don’t know what to except from stage 3.
Time to get to the startline…
I thought we weren’t supposed to discuss what goes on in Fight Club?
Most days my weapon of choice of choice is ATTACK. Went to use it today and found that I was pretty much out of ammo. Took a bit of a beating . Even in my semiconscious state I can hear GvA cackling in the corner.
It’s the sort of session that I’m not good at. Lots of these sorts of sessions over the next few days. I’m actually looking forward to attacker and defender back to back.
I survived Fight Club, but I’m setting all all sorts of PB’s this week. Highest maximum heart rate for one of them. I think I’ve set new PB on that twice already since the tour started.
Stage 3 done.
It was easier than stage 2.
I must admit, i was not expecting it to go that smooth, considering the pain i felt yesterday.
I am very glad they put the fight club as 3 and 9 hammers as 2 and not the other way around
I lay in bed this morning listening to my wife die a thousand deaths on Fight Club, safe in the knowledge that I’d have all day to worry about me doing it after work tonight.
Then came the scream…
As we’d got a day ahead, using the 50hr window, she’d forgot that the window for stage 3 didn’t open for another 2 ish hours. She’s got to do it again as she wants the badge.
I’ve never showed so much support, through fits of laughter, in my life.
No doubt she’ll show the same level support as I struggle through FC later.

OMG!! Twice, brutal!! Did she get all the way through?
She finished it. At 100% too. It was only after she checked her Challenges page did the mistake become clear.

Agreed! Woke up to a glorious 91% recovery on Whoop and I’ve got to say I actually… ENJOYED Fight Club this morning. As an Attacker/Sprinter it’s always more in my wheelhouse.
Excited for slightly more than 24hrs off before Half is Easy and GOAT, then it’ll be time for Norway at 100%!
