When doing the strenght work-outs, it would be great to be able to skip forward in the exercises. Sometimes you are short in time and very often I miss the needed equipment. I now pause and try to shift the slider when I want to skip an exercise, but a simple ‘move to next exercise’ button would make live easier.
If you are short of time would it not be best to do a full but shorter session?..
Or a repeat last exercise
only thing is that for the shorter sessions, the exercises are also easier (compare e.g. exercises in upper body focus 1 with the ones in upper body focus 5). I do like to perform a selection of the harder exercises, and skip those where you have to try to attach a bike tube somewhere on the wall
