One week down, just over 3 to go! I signed up for the novice yoga & strength training and have really enjoyed experiencing some new (to me) content from the app. As strong as I think I am, it’s always nice to be humbled by bent leg tip at the hip.
I’m under no illusions of being flexible, but every time I do ‘Hip Flexor and Groin Recovery’ I’m a better human for it.
