Dear Suf Developers - Can you possibly consider aligning the RPE and HR targets to the intensity levels, so that when a workout is at a lower intensity the targets are adjusted accordingly? Its frustrating when like today my FTP was set to 44% the RPE was up at 8 and HR in Zone 4 therefore a complete mismatch.
Another gripe during these reduced intensity sessions is the videos content, for example the instruction in the video is to surge but the plan has reduction. Whilst this is misaligned i completely understand that this would be near impossible to achieve given the personal configurations of each of our 4DP profiles.
