Hello everybody, I hope you are all doing all right!!
I am thinking of becoming a suscriber however I do have a couple of questions that i cant seem to find the answer in the website.
Do i need a power meter to follow the training plans?
Is every training session built for a trainer or are there outside sessions?
I am thinking of going for the NYGF the one that is in Ecuador I would love your thoughts about if this is right for me.
