Can anybody answer a quick query please
On Sunday I have a scheduled outdoor ride “Map 7 X 2 1 hour 48 mins.
I will be doing this on trainer indoors using the 10 X 2 no vid. However the ride is marked up as reduced intensity, I’m having a good week so far and want to make sure I do everything correctly so which of the figures if any do I adjust apart from doing only 7 of the 10 intervals.
If you complete the NoVid you should be good to leave the MAP targets at 100%. Normally the Outdoor rides shouldn’t have any references to reduced intensity. Can you tell me which plan you are following and which week you are on so I can double-check the session notes?

Yes you are good to ride the MAP 10 x 2 min NoVid at full intensity, just skipping the final 3 efforts. Total ride time can be less than planned since you will be indoors vs outdoors. Looks like Joyride should be completed at reduced intensity the day before, so as long as you stick to that you should be good!
Aha don’t worry having done Defender the day before I think I’ll be pleased that Joyride taking it easy on me.
