What traingingprogram should I choose when I have one zwiftrace/week?
From a rank amateur I’d say if you’re racing once a week you could probably do the Full Frontal prep week on a loop
Edit: substituting FF for the race. Rinse and repeat.
I’m using the eSport race plan with strength and yoga as a guide but shifting the days around a bit and substituting one of the high intensity session with a Tuesday Zwift race.
