I raised the idea of this a few years ago on FB and it was generally well received.
Nothing has appeared though and I wonder / think that with all the TT expertise of Sir Mac, Sir Neal and Rohan Dennis - this would be a no brainer and and excellent addition
Isn’t this effectively Long Scream, or is that too hard to be considered a style guide for TT?

Long Scream is workout in it’s own right but it has no technique work, no positioning and style work. It’s just a thrash.
I was speaking more toward the technical side
I’m sure each segment concentrated on a different element - cadence, low flat back, etc.
