I am beginning my fourth week of the all purpose training plan and I am new to the platform. Tonight I completed the tool shed ride, and I am seeking advice on how to compare my effort to what was expected - where did I do better and where not so much. Thank you.
sounds like you’re doing well on the plan so far! To look at the workout in more detail you can click on Passport and then select the activity to look at your workout stats (avg watts, 4DP peaks within the workout, cadence & HR).
Around the end of week 6 of your plan you should also see Half Monty scheduled which will serve as an intermediate fitness test so you can check in on your FTP and MAP numbers
