Along with duathlon plans, are there any considerations for adding running to general plans (e.g. add a running option to the All Purpose Road plan)? I think it would be really good to be able to add running to plans like you can add strength and yoga to the cycling plans. I’m not going to be doing many duathlons, but would like to have running properly incorporated into my general training.
I want this, too.
I mostly race sprint distance duathlons, but only because standard distance races are few in my region. So, a vote for sprint distance!
