I am currently on the 200 mile Gravel Grinder training plan and due to the weather also ride longer sessions indoors. Unfortunately for some prescribed sessions in the training plan there is no workout in the app.
Last week I rode the 3h “Tempo Cadence Build 1 x 60” in the app - very nice.
This week the plan called for a 3.5 h “Tempo Cadence Build 1 x 75” - this one doesn’t exist in the app.
These are no-vid workouts so it shouldn’t be too much of a hassle to match the training plan with the workouts, right?
At least I would appreciate a “Open 240” or “Open 300” which at least would give me some flexibility.
