What’s the best tactic, everyone else in the house (wife, 5yo, 2yo) has sniffles and sore throats but I’m fine. Light training to avoid straining the immune system and hopefully don’t get it or only mild? Or smash the legs to pieces for the next few days whilst still feeling healthy expecting to get it?
