Just finished my The Way Out workout. Thought I was a little familiar with the All-Purpose Road structure since I’ve done a few this year. And was thinking that tomorrow is surely a kind of day-off or recovery day. But when I looked closely I saw that tomorrow I’m supposed to be smooth like a Butter at 100% targets! How cool is that!?!
